If you're going to be in Madrid and looking to get online, here's an updated version of the map of places with free wifi in Madrid which we posted at while ago. Since then, EMT, the Madrid bus network has made free wifi available in all buses and you can also connect for free at news kiosks around the city. We are still hoping that one day there will be free wifi at Madrid Barajas airport, but for the moment they unfortunately charge 5€ per hour.
