Día de la Hispanidad 2011
Wednesday 12th October is a public holiday in Spain to celebrate Día de la Hispanidad (Day of Hispanity). In Madrid there will be the usual military parades and flyovers by the airforces, with around 3000 miltary personnel amd 55 aircarft and just like every year, the King of Spain will be present. The parades will take place along Paseo del Prado, continue along Paseo de Recoletos and will culminate in Plaza de Colón.
