CRUZ DE ALBA 2011, BEST TEMPRANILLO


Cruz de Alba is a red wine is grown under “biodynamic viticulture”,  with a  respect for nature and ecological agriculture.  


From the Cruz de Alba bodegas, www.cruzdealba.esCruz de Alba 2011 - not yet on the market- received the highest score and was the overall winner at the eighth edition of the itinerant "Tempranillos the World", held in Toledo, coinciding with the International Summit Wine of Castilla -La Mancha, held this week.  Five hundred different samples from 7 different countries and 35 tasters from all over the world were asked to select the best wine from the tempranillo grape.

The tempranillo grape is the traditional grape from Spain. The Cruz de Alba bodegas are located in Peñafiel in Castilla La Mancha.
